- Organized, coordinated, and directed ‘real time and near time’ telephonic medical case management 24/7 365, for the seven county St. Louis, MO regional public transportation system. Identified and developed WC savvy primary, secondary, and tertiary treating medical providers. Set up medical directorship and ergonomic services. Then, collaborated with the clients risk management department slashing overall WC costs 61% per the graph below, cut company wide lost workdays 66%, reduced average cost per claim 37%, immediately improved front line supervisor morale, and saved the client $3.15 million in less than 36 months.

Over 15,000 food service workers received timely immunizations without any significant time away from work.

season of events; Level I and II regional emergency
trauma centers, specialty burn care unit, ambulance
and air transportation, all spectator first aid stations,

direct sales and customer relationship management
for this teaching medical center and its industrial
rehabilitation program, which supported six freestanding
occupational health clinics. Targeted and sold new
accounts; assessed needs, formulated proposals, and
made selling presentations. Promoted to Corporate Health
Consultant as high profile liaison for internal clinic
based physicians and external physician specialists, rehabilitation
professionals, case managers, defense attorneys, TPA’s,
insurance carriers and self-insured employers. Organized
focus groups, produced work site safety videos, coordinated
health education seminars, and WC panel discussions.
- Negotiated
more than 1,000 medical services agreements and
contracts.
